Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for the Mobile App of the Swiss Hang Gliding Federation (SHV)

By installing and using the app, you accept this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use and agree to them. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services. You acknowledge that weather forecasts are automatically generated based on weather models without continuous human verification.
Furthermore, we assume no liability for the accuracy of information and data (in particular timeliness, completeness, accuracy, continuous availability) in cases of slight negligence and where otherwise legally permissible.
12. Usage Restrictions and Copyright
Commercial use of the data is not permitted. Exceptions:
- Hang gliding schools in the context of their training activities
- If we expressly provide written consent. There is no entitlement to such consent. It may be withdrawn at any time without stating reasons. Liability for withdrawal is excluded.
Any direct access to data via interfaces requires our explicit written consent.
The app and all related services are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. These terms do not grant you any such rights.

Apple may collect its own diagnostic data when the app is used.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law, and all disputes arising from them will be settled before the competent courts in Zurich.
